The city council is authorized to establish permit fees which provide for the reimbursement of costs incurred by the city in the administration of this chapter. Such costs include, but are not limited to, those associated with the processing and professional review of the permitting and proposed development as identified in this chapter. The city council is hereby authorized to establish said fees by resolution. (Ord. 529, 11-2-2009)
