3-2-7: CATERING PERMITS:
   A.   Application For Permit: Application shall be made to the city clerk for the sale of beer, wine or liquor under a catering permit.
   B.   Signatures Required: The city clerk, sheriff or chief of police and the license holder shall sign the catering permit.
   C.   Fees: Fees shall be as established from time to time by resolution of the city council.
   D.   Restrictions: The holder of a catering permit shall comply with the regulations of Idaho Code title 23, chapter 9. (Ord. 475, 3-7-2005)
