A. Effective Date: This title shall be in full force and effect upon publication according to law.
This title and/or its summary shall be published in one issue of the Bonner County Daily Bee, which is hereby declared to be the official newspaper of the City for the publication of this Code.
B. Repeal: Any provision of any ordinance or Code section of the City of Priest River in conflict herewith, or contrary hereto, is hereby repealed.
C. Severability: Where any word, phrase, clause, sentence, paragraph, section or other part of these regulations are held invalid by a court of competent jurisdiction, such judgement shall affect only that part so held invalid. (Ord. 597, 8-6-2018)
