A. Change In Location: If the business, trade or profession closed any location described in the application for a business registration, or if the business, trade or profession intends to conduct any activity at a location not described in the application for the business registration, the owner or the owner's designated agent shall notify the City Clerk of the change, in writing, who shall note the same in the register of registrations.
B. Change Of Agent: If the business, trade or profession changes the agent described in the application for a business registration who is authorized to receive any notices permitted or required by law, or if the designated agent changes their address as described in the application for the business registration, the owner or the owner's designated agent shall notify the City Clerk of the change, in writing, who shall note the same in the register of registrations.
C. Change Of Emergency Contact Person: If the business, trade or profession changes the emergency contact person described in the application for a business registration who is authorized to respond to emergencies at the business location, or if the designated contact person changes their address or phone number, the owner, the owner's designated agent, or the emergency contact person shall notify the City Clerk of the change, in writing, who shall note the same in the register of registrations.
D. Notice: Any notice required by this section shall be physically filed with the City Clerk no later than thirty (30) days after the change becomes effective. (Ord. 535, 11-15-2010)
