It shall be unlawful for any person or entity to engage in any business, trade or profession within the limits of the city until they shall have first registered their business as required under this chapter. A business registration shall be required only for those businesses, trades or professions that are operated, conducted, located, based, or domiciled in the city. This chapter shall not apply to home based activities when no part of the home is used regularly or exclusively for a business, profession or trade. (Ord. 535, 11-15-2010)
