A. Parking Restrictions: It is unlawful for the driver of a vehicle to park such vehicle in a parking space designated by sign or marking as reserved for the handicapped unless such vehicle has then displayed upon it the special license plate, or the special card pursuant to Idaho Code 49-410. Such specially designated spaces shall conform to the requirements of Idaho Code 49-213.
B. Penalty: The penalty for a violation of this section shall be the sum of fifty dollars ($50.00), which shall be paid within seven (7) days of the violation. If such sum is not paid within seven (7) days, the penalty shall be the sum of one hundred dollars ($100.00) if paid within fourteen (14) days of such violation. If such sum is not paid within fourteen (14) days, the penalty shall be the sum of one hundred forty one dollars and fifty cents ($141.50).
