6-1-5: VIOLATION:
Unless otherwise provided for under Idaho Motor Vehicle Laws, a violation of any provision of this chapter shall be a misdemeanor, and shall be punishable in the manner provided in the general penalty in section 1-4-1 of this Code. (Ord. 482, 6-5-2006)
