A. Malicious Injury: It is unlawful for any person wilfully and maliciously to injure, deface, mutilate, remove, pull down, break or in any manner interfere with or molest, or secrete or destroy any real or personal property belonging to or under the control of another.
B. Depositing Injurious Substances On Public Thoroughfares: It is unlawful for any person to deposit, place or allow to remain upon any public thoroughfare any material or substance injurious to persons or property. (Ord. 482, 6-5-2006)
