18.08.080: NOTICE REQUIREMENTS:
Notification by the city to persons having charge or control, or benefit, of any sign determined by the zoning administrator or building official to be unsafe or dangerous or in violation of this title, or other ordinances of the city, and where the city is contemplating removal of said sign, shall be accomplished by the city utilizing written notices sent by registered mail. Any such notice shall state the exact nature of the violation, the exact time and date by which the noncomplying condition or use must be remedied, and the appeals procedure by which the person having charge, control or benefit of such sign may appeal the decision of the zoning administrator.
