A. No person may challenge in district court the city's land use decision made under this chapter or under any regulations made under authority of this chapter or this title, unless and until they have exhausted their administrative remedies 1 .
B. Any person adversely affected by any decision made in the exercise of the provisions of this title may file a petition for review of the decision with the district court within thirty (30) days after the local decision is rendered. All references to the "district court" herein refer to the 7th district court in and for Carbon County, state of Utah.
C. Any and all court actions shall take place in Carbon County, and be governed by the laws of the state. (Ord. 2008-002, 2008)
