17.08.120: PUBLIC USE AND SERVICE AREAS:
   A.   Utility Easements: The planning commission may require easements not exceeding ten feet (10') in width for poles, wires, conduits, storm and sanitary sewers, gas, water and heat mains, or other utility lines along the rear lot lines, and along side lines.
   B.   Dedicated Streets: All streets within the subdivision must be dedicated.
   C.   Open Space Dedicated: Dedication of all parks, school grounds and other public open space within the subdivision will be required in accordance with the master plan of the city. Where this plan calls for a larger amount of public open space than the subdivider's fair amount, the land needed beyond the subdivider's fair contribution is to be served for acquisition by a public body, provided such acquisition is made within five (5) years from date of final approval.
