17.08.070: IMPROVEMENTS; AGREEMENT IN LIEU OF COMPLETION:
In lieu of actual completion of the required improvements, the subdivider may submit a bond or certified check to the city as assurance that the required improvements will be installed within a period of time agreed upon between the subdivider and the city council. (Prior code § 12-4-3)
