A. Any person, firm or corporation, either as principal, agent or employee, who violates or causes the violation of any of the provisions of this chapter, shall be guilty of a misdemeanor and, upon conviction thereof, shall be punished as provided by law.
B. In addition, the city may also institute injunction, mandamus, abatement or any other appropriate action or actions, proceeding or proceedings, to prevent, enjoin, abate or remove such unlawful erection, construction, reconstruction, alteration or maintenance. (Ord. 1285-78, 1978)
