The provisions of this chapter shall not apply to the following:
A. Additions, alterations and repairs in geologically hazardous areas that do not exceed fifty percent (50%) of the value of an existing building or structure within any twelve (12) month period;
B. Private garages, sheds and minor buildings used as accessories only, when not over one thousand (1,000) square feet in area, unless such structures are to be used in connection with new construction. (Ord. 1285-78, 1978)
