15.32.080: CONVERSION TO SAFE AREA; INSPECTION REQUIRED:

The building official and city engineer shall make such inspections as are necessary to ensure that the work of putting the area or site into a safe condition is being carried on satisfactorily. (Ord. 1285-78, 1978)
