15.28.020: REFUSING TO PLACE NUMBERS PROHIBITED:
It is unlawful for the owner of any of the houses set out in section 15.28.010 of this chapter to neglect or refuse to place such number on the house, as set forth in section 15.28.010 of this chapter. (Prior code § 13-4-2)
