15.04.110: BUILDING OFFICIAL CONFLICT OF INTEREST RESTRICTIONS:
It is unlawful for the building official or any of his assistants to engage in the building, electrical, plumbing, heating and air conditioning businesses, either directly or indirectly, within the city, and they shall have no financial interest in any concern in the city while holding such a position. (Ord. 1391-86, 1986)
