The manufactured home installations (NCSBCS/ANSI A225.1; NFP A225), 2005 editions, together with all amendments thereto which may be subsequently adopted by the state, are hereby adopted and incorporated herein by reference. This section replaces former section 15.04.060 entitled the federal manufactured housing construction and safety standards act (HUD code), and the American Standards Inc., NCSBCS/ANSI A225.1, manufactured home installation, 1994 edition.
