Any person or entity violating the terms and conditions set forth herein regarding minimum standards for commercial connections within the city shall be guilty of a class B misdemeanor, punishable in accordance with state law. Each day that the violator operates or uses a connection to the public treatment works system in violation of this chapter shall constitute a separate violation. (Ord. 2001-001, 2001)
