13.12.030: APPLICABILITY OF FEES AND REGULATIONS:
The regulations and monthly rates set forth in sections 13.12.020 through 13.12.070 of this chapter shall apply to every single- family dwelling unit, commercial and industrial building within the corporate limits of the city. (Ord. 1381-85, 1985)
