13.04.260: CONSUMER RESPONSIBILITY:

A. To comply with this chapter as a term and condition of supply and consumer's acceptance of service is admittance of his/her awareness.

B. It shall be the responsibility of the consumer to purchase, install, test and maintain any backflow prevention device/assembly required to comply with this chapter. (Ord. 90-009, 1990)
