13.04.220: UNAUTHORIZED OPENING OF CURB BOXES PROHIBITED:
It is unlawful for any person, without authority from the superintendent of waterworks, to open any curb box or turn on or shut off the water from any premises in the city. (Prior code § 7-1-10)
