13.04.160: WATER RATES; REDUCTION FOLLOWING RETIREMENT OF CERTAIN BONDS:
The city council shall, in setting water rates from time to time, be guided by whether or not any city revenue bonds are outstanding. Water rates will be lower when water bonds are retired than otherwise, the amount thereof to be determined by the city council. (Prior code § 7-1-25)
