13.04.090: ACCESS FOR EXAMINATION BY SUPERINTENDENT; VIOLATION FORFEITS RIGHT TO USE WATER:
Free access shall be allowed at all ordinary hours to the superintendent or other authorized person to examine the apparatus, the amount of water used, and the manner of use. Any water taker violating any of the rules and regulations controlling the water supply shall forfeit all payments made and the right to the use of the water. (Prior code § 7-1-16)
