12.08.040: COSTS MADE LIEN ON PROPERTY:
The sum so expended shall become a lien upon any property after demand and refusal to pay the same, or after a refusal to keep the ditches clean, as specified in this chapter, after due notice has been given. (Prior code § 4-2-3)
