12.08.030: CLEANUP WORK; NOTICE TO OWNER:
The street supervisor, or other official designated by the mayor, shall give at least ten (10) days' notice to each property owner to clean and keep clean his ditch or ditches before proceeding to clean them himself. (Prior code § 4-2-4)
