12.04.080: REMOVAL OF DEBRIS FROM ACCIDENTS REQUIRED:

Any person removing a wrecked or damaged vehicle from a public road, highway, street, alley, park or recreation area shall remove any glass or other injurious substance dropped thereon from such vehicle. (Prior code § 4-6-1)
