12.04.070: VIOLATION OF SECTIONS 12.04.040 THROUGH 12.04.060; PENALTY:
Any violation of sections 12.04.040 through 12.04.060 of this chapter is punishable by a fine of not to exceed one hundred dollars ($100.00), or imprisonment for not to exceed fifty (50) days, or by both such fine and imprisonment. (Prior code § 4-1-5)
