10.20.160: VIOLATION; PENALTY:
Any person violating any provision of this chapter shall be deemed guilty of a misdemeanor and, upon conviction thereof, shall be punishable by a fine not exceeding twenty five dollars ($25.00), or by imprisonment in the county jail for a period not exceeding twenty five (25) days, or by both such fine and imprisonment. (Prior code § 8-4-13)
