10.20.150: TAMPERING WITH OR INJURING METERS PROHIBITED:

It is unlawful for any unauthorized person to open, or for any person to deface, injure, tamper with or wilfully break, destroy or impair the usefulness of any parking meter installed pursuant to this chapter, or to hitch any animal thereto. (Prior code § 8-4-8)
