10.20.140: USING SLUGS OR COIN SUBSTITUTES PROHIBITED:
It is unlawful to deposit or cause to be deposited in any parking meter any slug, device or metallic substitute for a one cent ($0.01) or a five cent ($0.05) or a ten cent ($0.10) coin of the United States. (Prior code § 8-4-9)
