10.20.020: CHAPTER PROVISIONS NOT EXCLUSIVE:
This chapter shall be deemed to be in addition and supplementary to, and not in conflict with, nor a repeal of existing ordinances of the city, but shall be an additional provision for the regulation of traffic and parking in the parking meter zones provided for in this chapter.
