10.18.070: SELECTION OF VOLUNTEERS:
Volunteers will be private citizens, handicapped or otherwise, who may wish to participate in the program. Preference will be given to handicapped persons. The final appointments will be made by the mayor and the chief of police. (Ord. 1407-87, 1987)
