10.10.060: PENALTY:
In accordance with Utah Code Annotated section 41-22-17, and, except as otherwise provided, a person who violates the provisions of Utah Code Annotated title 41, chapter 22, entitled off highway vehicles, and/or who violates the provisions of this chapter, shall be guilty of a class C misdemeanor. (Ord. 2007-003, 2007)
