OHVs shall not be operated within the limits of the city within five hundred feet (500') of any residence or any commercial business within the city, for more than ten (10) minute intervals during any sixty (60) minute time period. The operation of an OHV that disturbs the occupants of a residence or any business by creating excessive dust or noise for more than ten (10) minutes during any sixty (60) minute time period, or for a total of fifteen (15) minutes during any twelve (12) hour time period, is deemed illegal.
