10.04.090: EXCEPTIONS TO PARKING RESTRICTIONS:
It is unlawful for any person, except physicians on emergency calls or designated emergency vehicles when properly posted, to park any motor vehicle on any street in violation of the posted restrictions. (Ord. 1399-86, 1986)
