The Utah traffic rules and regulations, "Utah Code 1986-1987", as enacted by the 1986 third special session of the 46th legislature, and becoming effective July 1, 1986, three (3) copies of which have been filed for use and examination by the public in the office of the city recorder, is hereby approved and adopted as the traffic code for this municipality.
