9.78.070: BUSINESS LICENSE REQUIRED:

It is unlawful for any person to operate a sexually oriented business, as specified below, without first obtaining a sexually oriented business license. The sexually oriented business license shall specify the type of business for which it is obtained. (Ord. 2006-002, 2006)
