Each individual desiring a massage establishment license or masseur license shall:
A. Be an individual at least twenty one (21) years of age;
B. Have no convictions of crimes involving moral turpitude within the past five (5) years; and
C. Have a certificate from a licensed physician certifying that the applicant is free from communicable diseases. (Ord. 91-004, 1991)
