8.34.040: STRICT LIABILITY OF OWNER, TENANT, CARETAKER OR MANAGER OF PREMISES:
Whenever the unauthorized use of culinary water has been discovered by agents of the city at a particular location, the owner, tenant, caretaker or manager of such premises shall be strictly liable for such unauthorized use and for the criminal penalties provided therefor. (Ord. 92-010, 1992)
