A. It is unlawful for any person or entity to engage in the unauthorized use of culinary water, contrary to the provisions of this chapter, or in violation of any watering schedule adopted pursuant to this chapter.
B. Any person violating any of the provisions of this chapter shall be guilty of a class B misdemeanor, and shall be fined not more than one thousand dollars ($1,000.00) or imprisoned in the county jail for not more than six (6) months, or both. (Ord. 92-010, 1992)
