8.34.010: PURPOSE OF PROVISIONS:
The purpose of this chapter is to set forth a method by which the city can regulate the usage and consumption of culinary water by residents and businesses within and outside of its jurisdictional boundaries during periods of water shortages. (Ord. 92-010, 1992)
