A. Use Prohibited: No person or entity shall tamper, modify, remove or deposit solid waste in any container, including commercial dumpsters, that has not been provided for his/her or its use, without the permission of the container owner.
B. Penalty: Every person or entity who violates the provisions of this section shall be guilty of a misdemeanor, and shall be liable to pay a fine not exceeding two hundred ninety nine dollars ($299.00), or imprisonment for a period not to exceed six (6) months, or both such fine and imprisonment.
