8.08.040: FEE SCHEDULE FOR COLLECTION:
A schedule of fees shall be adopted by the city council for the collection and disposal of garbage, refuse and trash, which schedule shall be filed with the city recorder, and may be altered or amended from time to time. (Prior code § 7-3-4)
