8.08.010: DEFINITIONS:
As used in this chapter:
GARBAGE: All putrescible wastes, except sewage and body wastes, and recognizable industrial byproducts from all public and private establishments and from all residences.
REFUSE AND TRASH: Nonputrescible wastes. (Prior code § 7-3-1)
