8.04.100: VIOLATION; PENALTY:

Any person who violates any of the provisions of this chapter shall be guilty of a misdemeanor and, upon conviction thereof, shall be punished by a fine of two hundred ninety nine dollars ($299.00) or less. In addition, such person may be enjoined from continuing such violation. (Ord. 1278-77, 1977)
