8.04.070: INSPECTION; HEALTH OFFICER AUTHORITY:

The health officer shall perform the function of food service establishment inspection necessary for the enforcement of this chapter, and shall for this purpose be permitted to enter, at any reasonable time, any food service establishment within the city for the purpose of making inspections to determine compliance with this chapter. (Ord. 1278-77, 1977)
