6.16.050: ANNOYING, INJURING, ETC., ANIMALS AND FOWL:
   A.   Prohibition: It is unlawful for any person to annoy, injure, release from confinement or in any manner interfere with any swan, duck, goose, bird or animal which is the property of the city or other governmental entity.
   B.   Penalty: A violation of this section is a class B misdemeanor. (Ord. 90-005, 1990)
