6.16.040: HUNTING AND FISHING PROHIBITED:
   A.   Parks, Public Grounds: It is unlawful for any person to hunt or fish at any park or public grounds.
   B.   Penalty: A violation of this section is a class B misdemeanor. (Ord. 90-005, 1990)
