A. Any person violating, causing or permitting the violation of any provisions of chapters 6.03 through 6.13 of this title, shall be liable for a civil penalty of twenty five dollars ($25.00). Any penalty assessed herein may be in addition to such other penalties as may be provided in this title.
B. Any penalty that is paid within twenty (20) days from the date of receipt of notice shall be reduced by the sum of ten dollars ($10.00).
C. Any penalty that remains unpaid beyond thirty (30) days from date of receipt of notice shall be increased by the sum of ten dollars ($10.00).
D. Any penalty that remains unpaid beyond sixty (60) days from the date of receipt of notice shall be increased by the sum of an additional fifteen dollars ($15.00).
E. The civil penalties provided herein may be amended from time to time by resolution of the city. (Ord. 900-05, 1990)
